Study Programme Manager
We invite you to join the ISM Study Services team. We are the place where all student and faculty questions come together, where every day is dynamic, emerging issues are resolved, new projects are developed, and ideas and ambitious plans are brought to life.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth delivery of the study process;
- Administering the study database and e-learning system;
- Preparing and managing internal study-related documentation;
- Managing student requests and enquiries;
- Advising students and faculty on migration-related matters;
- Advising students, faculty, and other stakeholders on matters related to the study process;
- Creating and fostering a positive student experience at the University.
We expect You to:
- Have at least 1–2 years of experience in administrative work and customer service;
- Hold a university degree (a degree in management, business administration, economics, or another field within the social sciences would be a strong advantage);
- Be customer-oriented, able to understand customer needs, and resolve issues professionally;
- Be able to plan your work independently, manage several processes simultaneously, and maintain a high standard of work even during busier periods;
- Be initiative-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented — able to identify areas for improvement and take action;
- Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Honour commitments and maintain high quality standards in your work;
- Be able to build and maintain professional, trust-based relationships with students, faculty, and colleagues;
- Have excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English skills and be ready to work in an international environment on a daily basis;
- Be comfortable learning and using information systems; previous experience working with such systems will be considered an advantage.

Full-Time Faculty Position in Entrepreneurship and Management
ISM University of Management and Economics invites ambitious and dedicated academics to join our Faculty as Professor / Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship and Management. This position provides an exciting opportunity to teach, conduct research, and contribute to the academic development of one of the leading business universities in the Baltic region.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will contribute to teaching and research in Entrepreneurship, Management, and related areas at bachelor’s and master’s levels.
Teaching areas include, but are not limited to:
- Entrepreneurship;
- Innovation Management;
- Digital Business;
- Responsible and Sustainable Management.
The role also includes supervising bachelor’s and master’s theses, conducting and leading research in entrepreneurship, management, and related fields, and actively participating in academic and institutional initiatives to strengthen innovative, responsible, and practice-oriented business and management education at ISM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and seminars at bachelor’s and master’s levels.
- Design, update, and continuously improve course content in line with current academic research, developments in business practice, and innovative teaching approaches.
- Mentor and supervise bachelor’s and master’s theses.
- Conduct high-quality independent and collaborative research and publish in internationally recognised peer-reviewed journals, including AJG-ranked journals.
- Present research at leading international academic conferences.
- Initiate and participate in applications for competitive national and international research grants.
- Build partnerships with business, public-sector, entrepreneurial, and other relevant external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with faculty members across disciplines on research, teaching, and academic initiatives.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, committees, programme development, accreditation-related activities, and the wider academic life of ISM.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field relevant to the position.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in higher education in entrepreneurship, management, or related areas.
- Strong international academic or professional experience in European or North American institutions.
- A strong research record appropriate to the academic rank applied for, demonstrated through publications in recognised international peer-reviewed journals, including AJG-ranked journals.
- Proven excellence in teaching and a strong commitment to student-centred, engaging, and research-informed learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students through interactive, project-based, and practice-oriented teaching approaches.
- Ability to teach effectively in English at bachelor’s and master’s levels.
- A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills for working in a diverse and international academic community.
