Executive MBA Programme Manager (Fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension)

Would you like your daily work to involve close collaboration with senior executives and faculty from leading business schools around the world? Are you motivated by organising complex processes, ensuring a seamless study experience, and creating real value for executive-level leaders?

The ISM Executive School team invites you to join us as an Executive MBA Programme Manager and contribute to the growth and transformation journey of senior leaders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Organising and coordinating the ISM Executive MBA programme, ensuring its smooth delivery and continuous improvement;
  • Building and maintaining professional, long-term relationships with Executive MBA students – senior-level executives – while creating an exceptional learning experience throughout the entire study journey;
  • Actively communicating and collaborating with international faculty, consultants, and partners from leading global business schools;
  • Coordinating the study process, including the planning, organisation, and smooth delivery of lectures, modules, conferences, and executive community events;
  • Planning and coordinating the logistics of international study trips (e.g. to South Africa), ensuring a high-quality experience for participants;
  • Administering study documentation, academic processes, and requirements, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards;
  • Managing study databases and e-learning systems, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality information management;
  • Continuously improving programme quality by proposing and implementing initiatives that strengthen the value and competitiveness of the Executive MBA programme.

We expect that You:

  • Hold a university degree;
  • Have experience in customer service, project coordination, or event management, and feel comfortable working with a high-level, demanding audience;
  • Are able to work independently, manage multiple processes simultaneously, and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment;
  • Are detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organised, with a solid understanding of administrative work, documentation, and office procedures;
  • Are proactive, initiative-driven, and solution-oriented, able to identify areas for improvement and take action;
  • Can build and maintain professional, trust-based relationships with students, faculty members, and colleagues;
  • Are fluent in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written, as the role involves daily work in an international environment;
  • Take personal ownership of results, value quality in your work, and are motivated to grow together with the programme and the organisation;
  • Are interested in business education and leadership and wish to contribute to the development and professional transformation of senior executives.

Admission Manager for Master’s Studies

We are inviting an Admission Manager to join the ISM Sales team, working with International Master’s students. This is a dynamic role in which you will be responsible for managing the full sales and admissions cycle – from the first contact with a prospective student to the signing of the study contract.

You will be responsible for:

  • Organising and executing the sales and admissions process for International Master’s programmes;
  • Managing existing and potential client databases, including proactive communication via phone;
  • Conducting competitor and market analysis, as well as monitoring trends and changes in the Lithuanian education system;
  • Identifying study programme promotion needs, initiating and implementing marketing and promotional projects;
  • Representing the University at various ISM promotional events (conferences, seminars, fairs, etc.);
  • Consulting prospective students on admission to International Master’s programmes and conducting negotiations;
  • Coordinating the admissions process, including reviewing application documents, organising and conducting motivational interviews, coordinating contract signing, and maintaining follow-up communication with prospective students;
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the ISM University of Management and Economics Sales Manager.

We expect that You:

  • Hold a higher education degree (a degree in management, economics, or finance would be considered a strong advantage);
  • Have at least 1–2 years of successful experience in sales or business development (experience in the education sector would be considered a strong advantage);
  • Are fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage);
  • Demonstrate a strong results-oriented mindset and proactively pursue established goals;
  • Are communicative, responsible, and possess strong analytical thinking skills.
