Strategic Client Manager

We invite you to contribute to the growth and strengthening of the largest leadership community in Lithuania!

We are looking for a Strategic Client Manager who can combine sales, partnership development, and consulting, manage complex B2B and B2C sales, and create long-term value for both organizations and their leaders.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and partners, responsible for the entire sales process, relationship development, and ensuring a high-quality client experience — from identifying needs to signing contracts and building long-term partnerships.

You will be responsible for:

Sales management:

  • Managing ISM Executive School program sales for both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Proactively identifying new B2B clients and collaboration opportunities.
  • Systematically managing the sales pipeline and effectively using the CRM system.
  • Preparing customized proposals, negotiating pricing, coordinating tripartite contract processes, and ensuring a smooth start of studies.

Relationship building and partnerships:

  • Building and developing long-term relationships with company executives, HR, and L&D leaders.
  • Initiating and participating in meetings to present ISM Executive School programs and learning solutions.
  • Participating in events, conferences, and meetings representing ISM Executive School.

Consulting and admissions process:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor on executive master’s and Executive MBA programs.
  • Coordinating the admissions process: reviewing application documents, organizing and conducting motivational interviews, overseeing contract signing, and maintaining consistent communication with candidates.
  • Ensuring continuous communication with clients throughout the sales process.

We expect that You:

  • Have 4+ years of experience in B2B sales (ideally in services, education, consulting, or solution sales).
  • Have worked with C-level or senior decision-makers and can communicate in the language of business.
  • Can structure the sales process, manage long sales cycles, and forecast results.
  • Think strategically and can build long-term partnerships.
  • Possess strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
  • Are independent, highly responsible, and results-oriented.
  • Are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
  • Have a higher education degree.
