ISM rinkodaros ir komunikacijos komanda kviečia prisijungti: 

Rinkodaros projektų vadovą (-ę) darbui su bakalauro studijomis 

Tikimės, kad Tau bus įdomu:

  • Kurti ir įgyvendinti rinkodaros projektus pardavimų tikslams pasiekti;  
  • Planuoti, įgyvendinti ir analizuoti rinkodaros kampanijas bakalauro studijoms Lietuvos ir užsienio rinkose;  
  • Planuoti, koordinuoti ir prižiūrėti vidinę ir išorinę bakalauro studijų komunikaciją;  
  • Siūlyti idėjas, aktyviai dalyvauti planuojant, organizuojant renginius, parodas ir konferencijas mokinių auditorijai bei rūpintis jų reklama ir komunikacija;  
  • Bendradarbiauti ir prižiūrėti išorinių rinkodaros partnerių darbą, užtikrinti suteikiamu paslaugų kokybę;  
  • Glaudžiai bendradarbiauti su kolegomis iš pardavimų ir kitų padalinių bendriems tikslams pasiekti;  
  • Gebėti pateikti pasiūlymus atitinkamai projektų ir kampanijų analizei bei jų efektyvumui;  
  • Proaktyviai stebėti pasaulines tendencijas aukštojo mokslo rinkodaros srityje. 

Tikimės, kad Tu: 

  • Turi ne mažesnę nei 2 metų patirtį rinkodaros projektų valdymo srityje esi dirbęs (-usi) agentūroje (didelis privalumas);  
  • Gebi įgyvendinti rinkodarines kampanijas, puikiai išmanai skaitmeninės rinkodaros rodiklius, gebi juos analizuoti ir inicijuoti reikalingus pakeitimus;  
  • Mėgsti organizuoti renginius pasitelkdamas netradicinį, kūrybišką požiūrį, dar vadinamą „wow“ efektu;  
  • Gebi dirbti su daug projektų vienu metu, greitai ir kūrybiškai orientuojiesi nestandartinėse situacijose;  
  • Puikiai kalbi ir rašai anglų kalba;

International Studies Coordinator

If you are communicative, enjoy working with people, like implementing projects, have strong organizational and administrative skills, speak and write English fluently  – join the International Studies Team and help shape the ISM student experience!

You will be responsible for:

  • Organizing student exchange studies at partner universities abroad;
  • Consulting and assisting students before, during, and after their exchange;
  • Preparing and sharing relevant information for students;
  • Promoting exchange opportunities within the university;
  • Organizing events related to study exchanges;
  • Preparing documentation for exchange programs;
  • Communicating and collaborating with international partner universities.

We expect that you:

  • Have experience in administrative work and are client-oriented;
  • Have excellent English language skills;
  • Are insightful, proactive, and positive, able to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Maintain high-quality standards and keep your commitments;
  • Hold a university degree;
  • Experience working with information systems would be an advantage;
  • Are attentive to each student’s needs and questions.

Full-Time Faculty Position in Finance and/or Economics

ISM University of Management and Economics invites ambitious and dedicated academics to join our Faculty as a Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in Finance and/or Economics. This role provides an exciting opportunity to teach, research, and contribute to the academic growth of one of the leading universities in the Baltic region.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality lectures and seminars in Finance and/or Economics at undergraduate and graduate levels. Areas of teaching may include (but are not limited to):

  • Finance: Financial Management, Accounting, Financial Markets, and Investments.
  • Economics: Microeconomics, Macroeconomics.

The role also includes supervision of bachelor’s and master’s theses, active research, and participation in academic and institutional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality lectures and seminars in Finance and/or Economics.
  • Design and update course materials to ensure alignment with current industry practices and academic standards.

  • Strong international academic or professional experience, preferably in European or North American institutions.
