Baltic Resilience Forum 2026

Uncategorized

Everyone is talking about the geopolitical threat, but has it been made clear to you how your company should, tangibly prepare?

On 27 November, the Baltic Resilience Forum will focus on practical answers: concrete steps businesses of all sizes can take to prepare for disruption, respond to crises and keep operating.

Hosted by the ISM Baltic Resilience Hub, the Forum brings together the National Crisis Management Centre, academics, and leaders and specialists in resilience, crisis management and business continuity from some of Lithuania’s largest companies and organizations across sectors and sizes to bridge the gap between knowing there’s a threat and taking action.

What to expect:

  • Understand the threats: Briefings on the Baltic geopolitical threat environment and what it means for your business.
  • Learn from experience: Business leaders and resilience specialists share the challenges they face, the approaches they use and practical lessons for other organizations.
  • Identify your next steps: Explore ways to assess your organization’s preparedness, set priorities and strengthen resilience.
  • Find tools and guidance: An introduction to crisis management, business continuity and preparedness tools, alongside mobilization guidance and ISM research.
  • Ask questions and make connections: Take part in live audience surveys, exchange experiences and connect with peers and specialists across business, government and academia.

The Forum will also introduce the ISM Baltic Resilience Hub and its work to help businesses turn an understanding of geopolitical risk into tangible improvements in preparedness.
