Being a part of AIESEC is like joining a massive community of globally-minded young leaders. People who want to grow their own potential while contributing to something much greater than themselves. We give you immediate responsibilities so you can learn by doing, step outside your comfort zone, and experience both success and failures amongst a supportive community.
What we offer:
– international circle of friends – you will get the opportunity to get to know the work culture, traditions, and thinking of different nations. You will find out what is relevant today not only for the youth of Lithuania, but also of the whole world;
– the opportunity to know yourself – an individually appointed mentor, various trainings and the support of people around you in the organization will help you find out what your strongest/weakest points are and what you would like to do in the future (if you already know – we will help you become unique in the labor market);
– dynamic work and room to grow – AIESEC members work with a wide variety of people, from Lithuanian students to social project organizers in India; from companies in Lithuania to startups in the Balkans. You will have the opportunity to organize socially responsible projects in Lithuania, in which volunteers from all over the world participate, and to create opportunities for international work and volunteering for Lithuanian youth and take advantage of them yourself.
– the development of internal and other people’s leadership potential – in the organization, you will have opportunities to occupy a number of management positions and to join social initiatives that will allow you to contribute to people’s well-being.
