Rūta Kazlauskaitė
Trumpas aprašymas (mini CV): 

Dr. Rūta Kazlauskaitė yra ISM Vadybos ir ekonomikos universiteto profesorė. Ji dėsto Tarptautinį žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymą ir žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymą. Jos pagrindinės tyrimų sritys – tarptautinis ir lyginamasis žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymas, žmogiškųjų išteklių ir įmonės veiklos rezultatų ryšys, socialiai atsakingas ir tvarus žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymas, darbuotojų nuostatos darbo atžvilgiu, įmonių socialinė atsakomybė, įmonių internacionalizacija. Ji šiomis temomis pristatė daug pranešimų tarptautinėse konferencijose (tame tarpe ir Academy of  Management konfrencijose) ir publikavo savo darbus daugelyje akademinių žurnalų bei įvairiose monografijose. Ji dalyvavo ir įvairiuose nacionaliniuose bei tarptautiniuose tyrimų projektuose. Ji taip pat yra žurnalo Baltic Journal of Management redaktorė bei International Journal of Human Resource Management redkolegijos narė.
