Trumpas aprašymas (mini CV): 

Profesorė Ilona Bučiūnienė yra ISM Vadybos ir ekonomikos universiteto Doktorantūros studijų dekanė ir Doktorantūros komiteto pirmininkė. Anksčiau ji užėmė ISM Vadovų magistrantūros Žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo programos direktorės pareigas. Ji įgijo Kauno Technologijos Universiteto ir Vytauto Didžiojo Universiteto daktaro laipsnį. Ji yra Lietuvos mokslo tarybos ir Studijų kokybės vertinimo centro ekspertė bei EFMD Doktorantūros programų konferencijos valdymo komiteto narė. Prof. Bučiūnienė dėsto Žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymą ISM Vadovų mokykloje ir Socialinių tyrimų metodologiją doktorantūros studentams. Jos tyrimų sritys – žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymas, socialiai atsakingas žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymas ir lyderystė, senėjimas, žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo -darbuotojų nuostatų-pasiekimų ryšys verslo, viešajame ir sveikatos priežiūros sektoriuose. Prof. Bučiūnienė eina ambasadorės pareigas Lietuvai Vadybos Akademijos (Academy of Management) žmogiškųjų išteklių skyriaus ambasadorių programoje. Jos tyrimai yra publikuoti moksliniuose žurnaluose: Journal of Vocational Behavior, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, Baltic Journal of Management, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: an International Journal, BMC Health Services Research, BMC Public Health, BMC Family Practice ir kituose. Ji yra verslo atvejų ir redaguotų knygų, išleistų Routledge, Palgrave Macmillan ir kitose leidyklose autorė ir bendraautorė. 2010-2013 ji buvo Personalo valdymo katalogo žmogiškųjų išteklių profesionalams, publikuoto Lietuvos verslo laikraštyje Verslo žinios, redaktorė. Ji vadovavo ir dalyvavo ES, Roberto Šumano (Robert Shuman) fondo, Lietuvos mokslo tarybos ir kt. finansuojamuose mokslo projektuose. Ji dalyvauja tarptautinėse mokslo iniciatyvose ir tinkluose, atstovauja Lietuvą CRANET tarptautinių žmogiškųjų išteklių tinkle.

Prof. Bučiūnienei yra suteiktas ISM 2010 Metų tyrėjos apdovanojimas.
