Bernadeta Goštautaitė
Trumpas aprašymas (mini CV): 

Bernadeta Goštautaitė psichologijos magistro laipsnį įgijo Mannheimo universitete (Vokietija). Daugiau nei septynis metus dirbo įvairiose personalo valdymo funkcijose Lietuvos ir Vokietijos įmonėse, paskutiniais metais buvo atsakinga už personalo departamento veiklą Lietuvoje ir Latvijoje. ISM Vadybos ir ekonomikos universitete parengtoje disertacijoje analizavo darbo dizaino įtaką vyresnio amžiaus darbuotojų įsitraukimui į darbą bei jų darbo rezultatams. Skaitė pranešimus mokslinėse konferencijose JAV, Belgijoje, Lenkijoje, Latvijoje, Lietuvoje. Bernadeta dėsto verslo tyrimų metodologiją bakalauro, magistro ir vadovų magistrantūros programose, o šalia akademinės veiklos atlieka žmogiškųjų išteklių tyrimų projektus privačioms įmonėms, valstybės institucijoms bei nevyriausybinėms organizacijoms.
