Alfredas Chmieliauskas, Ph.D
Associate Professor
Assoc. Prof. dr. Alfredas Chmieliauskas teaching and research interests include project, program and portfolio management, as well as strategy and change management. He is a founding president of Lithuanian Project Management Association (since 2004) and a senior consultant at Chmieliauskas & Ramonas Consulting. Alfredas also is a certified trainer of NISPAcee, Network of Institutions and Schools of Public Administration in Central and Eastern Europe. So far he has worked on more than 200 training and consulting assignments for businesses and governments in Lithuania and abroad.

Asta Klimavičienė, Ph.D
Associate Professor
Asta Klimavičienė is an Associate Professor at ISM University of Management and Economics. She holds a PhD in Finance from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK. Asta has been teaching various courses in finance since 2006, including Introduction to Finance, Financial Management, and Corporate Finance. She also supervises students working on their bachelor or master theses in finance and economics. Her research interests include market efficiency, emerging markets, and credit risk. Asta is a firm believer in lifelong learning. In addition to teaching students, she likes to study various subjects via MOOCs (massive open online courses), such as finance, psychology, literature, and astronomy.

Dmitrij Katkov

Dmitrij Katkov is a financial analyst, consultant and lecturer with extensive experience in wealth and investment strategy development. He holds lecturing posts at LCC International University and the University of Plymouth where he works alongside with Singapore Accountancy Academy Global Education Ltd. His research areas are personal finance and financial strategy. Currently Dmitrij is working on enhancing the quality of the professional development programs offered by London School of Economics. He has been engaged in consulting projects for United Nations, HSBC, Louis Vuitton. He is an avid reader. In spare time he enjoys travelling and tasting the world.

Paulius Morkvėnas, PMP
Senior Assistant Professor
Paulius Morkvėnas, MSc is heading a Project Management Office at TEO LT, part of Telia Sonera group and he is also a Board Member at Lithuanian Project Management Association. Paulius is a graduate of ISM University of Management and Economics. His professional interests are managing large and complex IT as well as specific business projects, business process improvement, raising maturity of project management across companies, working together with customers and product managers to develop strategy of achieving business goals combined with IT solutions. Paulius has experience in telecommunication, IT, banking and business consulting sector.

Karolis Mickevičius-Mėgelaitis, PMP
Senior Assistant Professor
Karolis Mickevičius-Mėgelaitis is a graduate of both ISM University of Management and Economics as well as Vilnius University where he gained a Master of Science in Information Systems Management. Karolis is a professional in project management area having more than five year experience in business (IT, banking, marketing) as well as trainings and consulting. Karolis expertise and high level of competences is supported by a series of specialized certifications PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), DSDM Foundation, ITIL v3 Foundation, CompTIA Project+, MCTS: Microsoft Office Project 2007, MCTS: Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, MCITP: Enterprise Project Management with Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, MCTS: Managing Projects with Microsoft Project 2010, MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer). Karolis is also a co-author of the first English-Lithuanian project management terminology dictionary.

Artūras Jonkus
Artūras Jonkus is former diplomat and has over 26 years experience in Public Diplomacy, Public Affairs and Corporate Communications. He is a certified consultant of “FranklinCovey” programs “The 7 Habits” and “Leadership”. Artūras has earned a Master’s degree in Philology at Vilnius University. Artūras is a lecturer of Political Communication at Vilnius University Institute of International Relations and Political Science and a lecturer of Corporate Communication and Negotiations at ISM University of Management and Economics. Artūras is also Partner at Communication Agency 1323.

Marius Kušlys


Marius Kušlys teaching interests includes micro- and macroeconomics, mathematical analysis, applied mathematics for social sciences, finite mathematics, and mathematical methods in economics. Marius gained his degree in economics from ISM University of Management and Economics and since 2016 he is working at ISM. Also, Marius, together with ISM faculty members, published a textbook in economics and finance for first year university students. Since 2015 Marius is a member of grading commission in the economics contest for schoolchildren as well as creator of micro and macroeconomic problems for this contest.

Saulius Olencevičius, PhD

Saulius Olencevičius holds a PhD in Social sciences. His research and teaching interests include feedback management, organizational psychology, organizational behavior, organizational culture, and human resource management. Dr. S. Olencevičius has a solid working experience in number of international entities. Since 2007 he is running a consultancy company helping organizations to evaluate and improve employee’s performance.
