Tugce Yerlitas is a doctoral student in Management at ISM. She has completed MSc programs at Kaunas University of Technology (International Business) and Hacettepe University (Human Resource Management). She has work experience in a global company as a planning engineer.
Her research interests lie in the fields of human resource management and sustainability, focusing on organizational-level human capital sustainability and organizations’ role in it.
She has experience in research at international companies and is versed in quantitative and qualitative research methods. Her works have been presented at well-known conferences such as the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management and British Academy of Management HRM SIG.
She has completed PhD courses both at ISM University of Management and Economics and at BI Norwegian Business School (Norway).
