Paulius Rauba

Paulius is a machine learning scientist with a diverse background in academia, industry, and international organizations. He has a track record of creating innovative, data-driven solutions that have both a tangible business impact and a positive social impact.

Currently, Paulius is the leader of Gauss, a company that specializes in using AI to help businesses integrate, use, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models. In addition, he is working towards earning his PhD in Machine Learning from the University of Cambridge.

Paulius has previously held positions as a data scientist, where he was responsible for translating business problems into data science solutions, designing and building models, and estimating their business and social value. Before that, he worked in the domains of data analytics, management consulting, and corporate banking. He has also served as an Expert for the European Commission, providing guidance on the development and implementation of AI systems.

Paulius holds a BSc from ISM University of Management and Economics, and received his MSc at the University Oxford. He is an Oxford Shirley Scholar.
