Dovile Petreikiene is a Junior Researcher and a PhD student at the Management Department, ISM.

Dovile is interested in the third sector and its creation processes in the early Post-Soviet period. The focus of her PhD research is concentrated on the analysis of the Soviet imprint on the third sector organizations in Post-Soviet countries context. She applies qualitative and quantitative research methods in her PhD studies.

Dovile is also involved in a research project “The role of professional socialization process and country`s socio-economic context in proactive behaviors at work at later career stages” as a Junior researcher.
