Bernadeta Goštautaitė is a Professor of Management at ISM University of Management and Economics in Vilnius, Lithuania. Her research spans various areas related to the integration of age-diverse workers, organizational and national-level policies for successful aging at work, adaptation to new technologies, and diversity in organizations.

 

Her research has been published in esteemed academic journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Discoveries, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and the International Journal of Human Resources Management. It has also garnered extensive media coverage. Serving as a Principal or Co-Investigator, Bernadeta has secured over €1,120,000 EUR for her research through competitive grants and industry funding.

 

Bernadeta is an active member of the 5C group (The Cross-Cultural Collaboration on Contemporary Careers), the AWM Network (Age in the Workplace Meeting), and ENOP (European Network of Organizational Psychologists). She has served as a visiting researcher at the University of Florida (USA) and Curtin University, Future of Work Institute (Australia).

 

Before entering academia, she gained valuable experience as an HR practitioner in international companies in Germany, Latvia, and Lithuania. Over the years, Bernadeta has collaborated with more than 30 organizations across various industries, including banking, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, media, among others.
