Assoc. prof. Dalia Kolmatsui has a PhD degree in social sciences, works as an expert in business management, has more than 20 years of experience in conducting business and academic training, and has more than 25 years of hands-on experience in financial institutions management. She has been teaching financial management and financial institutions management subjects for more than 20 years. Areas of academic research  – corporate finance, financial institutions management, risk management.

 

Assoc. Dr. D. Kolmatsui has completed consulting projects and conducted seminars for various corporations in the field of strategic management, pricing, financial planning, and managerial accounting.  Assoc. prof. Dalia Kolmatsui teaches subjects of Financial Management, Risk Management, Financial Institutions, and Financial Intermediation at ISM University of Management and Economics as well as Vytautas Magnus University.

 

Dalia Kolmatsui currently works as Head of Retail at INVL Investment Management and Life Insurance Group, before that she worked as the Deputy General Director of pension fund management company "MP Pension Funds Baltic", and was a shareholder and manager of the training company "Amber Training and Development", worked as Head of HR in Lithuanian central credit union.

 

Dalia is a well-known public speaker and author of publications in mass-media channels on personal and family financial management, budgeting, investments, pension funds, and life insurance.
