Margarita Pilkienė heads the Applied Organizational Psychology program at ISM Executive School. Margarita Pilkienė received Master degree in psychology from Vilnius University, Lithuania. Margarita Pilkienė participated in the internships on leadership and change management at IEDC and Adizes Institute (USA), on business case writing and teaching – atManchester University and European Case Clearing House. She has presented papers in the field of organizational climate, interactive teaching methods at conferences in France, Greece, Slovenia, Estonia and Lithuania. She is a member of Lithuanian Union of Psychologists, a member of International Association of Work and Organizational Psychology.
