Kristina Babelytė-Labanauskė

Doctoral studies in Social Sciences, Management. 4th year doctoral student.
 
Kristina's interests of research includes knowledge management, strategic management and research policy. The focus of Kristina's  dissertation is on the strategic management of universities and research institutes and improvement of their R&D and innovation performance results. 
Before enrolling in the PhD programme, Kristina obtained a Master of Management from ISM, Innovation and Technology Management programme. She also holds a Master degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor degree in English philology. Her professional experience includes policy administration for over 10 years in R&D and innovation sector in Lithuania. She is a member of several working groups on European R&D and innovation area, R&D programme Horizon 2020. Kristina also participated in a long-term internship at the European Commission's Directorate for Research and Innovations in Belgium.
