Blaise Pascal University (Université Blaise-Pascal) also known as Clermont-Ferrand II, is a public university in Clermont-Ferrand, France, with satellite locations in other parts of the region of Auvergne. It is named after mathematician, scientist, and philosopher Blaise Pascal, who was born in Clermont. Clermont-Ferrand, the 20th largest city in France. University is located in the heart of the Auvergne region surrounded by natural parks, numerous villages and towns with castles dating back to medieval times.
