The topic of Eglė‘s dissertation is Sustainability Perspective in the Relationship Between Personnel Management and Efficiency of Organisations. The areas of interest are operations effectiveness management, personnel management decentralisation, sustainable personnel management, organisational conduct, organisational development and internal communication.
Eglė acquired the organisational psychology specialisation and MA degree at Vilnius University, and pedagogical experience at Mykolas Romeris University. She is an owner of a tourism company and possesses more than 15 years of professional experience in the business and state sectors.
