Doctoral studies in Social Sciences, Management, 5th year doctoral student.


Vilma’s topic of research was inspired by frequent discussions arising in the professional environment about the risk price and appetite, effectiveness of risk management and long-term results. She analyses the influence of systematic risk management on company efficiency, its ability to adjust to the changing market conditions and successfully implement the changes.
Vilma acquired MA degree in management at Vytautas Magnus University, worked for a long period of time in the international financial services sector, since 2011 she is providing consultations to the company managers on the issues of risk strategy formation, implementation of the risk management standards and effectiveness of the processes, and cooperates with ISM Executive School.
