Doctoral studies in Social Sciences, Management, 5th year doctoral student.

 

Vilius’ research field of his doctoral studies is influence of virtual societies and social capital on the results of the organisations. Vilius analyses how the virtual social networks, being an extension of social networks or tools of development of social networks, increase the possibilities of the organisations to become part of the society in a virtual space this way cultivating social capital of an organisation and improving its results.
Vilius acquired his MA degree at ISM and BI in management and administration (2014), MA degree at VU in communication and information (2005), and BA degree at VMU in history (2002). Vilius manages the department of marketing and communications at the international group of companies City Service and possesses 15 years of professional experience.
