Irina Liubertė
Short description / mini CV: 

Doctoral studies in Social Sciences, Management, 4th year doctoral student.

Irina’s research focuses on issues of knowledge sharing and secrecy in inter-firm cooperation, competition and open innovation issues. Currently, she conducts a qualitative study within the biotechnology sector. Irina’s areas of interest also include research epistemology, process and uncertainty research in organizations.

Prior to starting her doctoral studies, Irina worked in the field of the pharmaceutical research and gained experience of quantitative research planning and methodology, including conjoint analysis. She is an expert in market research methodology, ethics and compliance.
