The specific project aim - to develop a user-friendly environment for training VSE, while enhancing collaboration and knowledge exchange among the participants.
 
Overall aim – to leverage the acquisition of ICT and Communication skills by VSE professionals with the purpose of enhancing processes of knowledge sharing in a peer learning approach.
 

The objectives of the project are:

  • To design and evaluate an innovative sustainable model, supported by an e-platform, on how to identify own competences, produce experienced-based digital contents and share knowledge
  • To create the conditions for a multiplication of the results by empowering VSE in peer learning
  • To efficiently integrate the benefits of ICT tools and Communication skills in the vocational training system
  • To design and apply a valorisation plan that generates a European dimension for the developed model.

Results:

  • Blended learning environment, oriented towards VSEs
  • Created collection of independent modules each responding to the needs of just-in-time training (essential to have motivated VSE participating in training)
  • Developing a new learning environment for VSE based in ICT tools, exploring mobile learning
  • Designing short e-contents, with a narrow scope, mostly based on multimedia, using visual aspects (video) or audio (for listening when driving, for instance), for the acquisition of ICT and Communication specific skills
  • Proposing the integration of ECVET credits to the training program proposed
  • Establishing Virtual Community of Practice for sharing knowledge to be led by VSE professionals​

Target groups:

  • The main target group are entrepreneurs and employees from Very Small Enterprises (VSE)
The beneficiaries are: vocational training institutions, enterprise related organizations, enterprise related trainers and consultants, VSE professionals.
