Jolita Butkiene is a Senior Lecturer at ISM University of Management and Economics and  Director of Quality. Jolita Butkiene holds a masters‘ degree in German Philology from Vilnius University  and  a masters‘ degee in Management from BI Norwegian Business School and ISM University of Management and Economics.  Jolita Butkiene is a doctoral student, the field of reseach is leadership.
