Jolanta gained Master degree in Business Administration and Management at Vilnius University (Kaunas Faculty of Humanities). For more than 10 years, Jolanta has been working in the education sector, where she took different administration positions, had training in Norway (BI Norwegian Business School), and lately is involved in the activities of Research Department.

The main areas of research interest – enhancement of research performance at institutions of higher education, factors influencing high quality research productivity, HRM application in higher education context.

Jolanta completed PhD courses both at ISM University of Management and Economics and at BI Norwegian Business School (Norway), and participated in internship in Ireland (Maynooth University School of Business). She presented her research at high-level international conferences: European Academy of Management (EURAM) conference, Conference of the Dutch HRM Network, European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS) Colloquium.

Jolanta was awarded a doctoral scholarship for her academic achievements (2016 and 2019, Research Council of Lithuania).
