About the fund

In 2008, on the basis of experience of the business schools, which earned global recognition, ISM University of Management and Economics established a non-profit organisation ISM Fund (VšĮ). ISM is among few Lithuanian universities taking active role in building educational philanthropy. ISM University as institution, Business Society, ISM alumni and friends are cooperating in providing support to help the most talented students receive high quality studies at ISM, regardless of their financial situation.

In year 2011 Excellent 100 programme was launched to grant the opportunity to the very best high school graduates to stay in Lithuania and study free of charge in the programme of their choice. More than 200 ISM students who finished secondary schools with the best grades have studied free of charge since the beginning of the Excellent 100 scholarship programme. Companies are providing about 15 - 20 scholarships each year. The rest of the Excellent 100 scholars are supported by ISM University.
