The ISM University of Management and Economics higher education diploma is recognised in Lithuania and in foreign countries with which the Ministry of Education and Science has concluded co-operation agreements. International recognition of higher education is guaranteed by a special licence issued by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania to ISM in 1999. More
