Why was my email rejected?
If an email is getting blocked it is because it exhibits the properties of spam.  Here are the main things that can cause a message to be flagged as spam:
   
  • Message contains a prohibited attachment type (see there).
  • Your message contains attachment with double file extension. All double file extensions are denied.
  • Your message attachment name is too long. Up to 150 characters are allowed.
  • Your message subject as well as message field contains "bad" words.
  • Your message is too large. Up to 20 MB are allowed.

If you adjust your message to get rid of these triggers your email should pass through.  If your message continues to be blocked, please contact support@ism.lt.
