Currently, the quality of studies and training of the University is taken care of by 1 professor doctor habilitatus, 2 doctor professors, 8 doctor docents, 6 doctors, 3 lecturers, 4 consultants, and 23 doctoral students. Lecturers are invited from all over the world; each year the University accepts teachers according to the Fulbright programme.
In realising one of our values – lifelong learning – ISM personnel has created favourable conditions to upgrade qualification and develop necessary competencies: develop scientific research, participate in training courses, exchange programmes, exchange experience with teachers of the Norwegian School of Management BI, and undertake Master or Doctoral studies in ISM.
