The Statute is the document that lays down the key aims of ISM, the principles of activity organisation and implementation, and describes the management structure of the University, duties and responsibilities.

Modern management of the University is ensured by the Senate, the Rectorate and the Business Council, which advises the Rector on issues of formulating the business strategy of the University and strengthens University and business partnership relations.
