High quality standards at ISM have always been a priority. In the long run, the success and competitive advantage of the university can only be quarantine through a constant development of organization and quality assurance. Clear understanding and acceptance of these principles by all staff is essential if the quality improvement/quality assurance system is to work effectively.
 
Quality Assurance Principles:
  1. We aim to assure the quality of the total student experience.
  2. All members of staff are responsible for quality.
  3. We take into account the views of our students, alumni and stakeholders.
